VODACOM FIBER SERVICE TEAM IS THE WORST

VODACOM FIBER TEAM IS THE WORST... I created new fiber services, almost two weeks went passed by and I had not received the router, what made it frustrating is getting contradicting information between sales person on whatsapp and when I call the *** number. I requested that the order gets cancelled as I had still not received the router, I received a call ad email that order was cancelled. A month later Im still unable to get fiber with new service provider as vodacom never cancelled the order with Openserve. I even received a call this past sunday from openserve saying Vodacom has instructed them to come and install fiber..... FIBER Team is highly disappointing.
