Vodacom Fiber Sales

I have two Vodacom fibre packages with Vodacom, the first one was smooth sailing and have only had a few issues along the line the last year. Signed up for the second package in the beginning of July, was told that the router will be delivered in 2-3 working das and the installation by Vuma would take around 7-14 working days. In turn the Vuma installation took less than a week. Now it has been almost 3 weeks waiting for a router that was promised in 2-3 days. When I contact Vodacom, they just keep escalating the issue, but no one know where this supposed router is, or when it will be delivered. Furthermore, they are all about advertising 1 month free LTE as you awaiting installation, but this is also one big **** as its been almost a month and all I've gotten was disappointment.
