Vodacom Fiber Ruined my and my families Christmas 2024! Shocking service!

Vodacom fiber ruined my and my families Christmas 2024. We were unable to use the service as we are getting 9Mbps download on a 100Mbps line on Vodacom Business MTB Speedtest. We are subscribed to a 100MBPS line and I pay R1200 monthly for it. Since I've had this service, I have never had 100Mbps consistently for more than 2 days. I have logged so many calls for the bad service throughout the year and nothing has changed, its just got worse. Vodacom third level support advised they will fix the issue next year on 03/01/2025. Vodacom advised I must keep paying them R1200 every month regardless until they resolve they issue. They have all the excuses and stories under the sun. I recommend everyone stay away from Vodacom fiber. Do not take their fiber service. It never works from day one, and they continue to take your money every month. Stay away from Vodacom fiber. Anyone the poor predicament of being with Vodacom fiber are to please log a complaint with the regulator ICASA *** to try and get your money back. Vodacom will never refund a cent for non service on their side, and if you try and intervene they will ITC list you with credit bureau and further ruin your life. Stay away from Vodacom fiber, you will be sorely disappointed!
