Vodacom Fiber relocation

Update to the vodacom fiber relocation After the complain I have sent on the 19th , the Techinician came yesterday and fix the problem. When he left he said he have sent a request for activation it will take 12hrs, this morning when j called again the lady said she have sent a request it will take 24 to 48 hrs she said its a procedure, that makes me wonder as to how long will we really wait for this relocation to happen because until now we don't have network the fiber is not working, from the 4th of November until today
