Vodacom Fiber (Palm Lakes)

So app**** for vodacom fiber beginning of September. The application process is smooth, with verification process effortless. I was approved and an appointment made for the installation, and as promised installation team came and installed the fiber and device on the 7th September 2019. They did their job and left. Since then I have been sitting with a device that is not activated. I’ve called everyday with no success and all I am told is that the matter is being escalated. The only people I can talk to is the call center who can’t actually help except escalate. Every single day, including this morning I have called and again to no surprise the matter is being escalated. The sales person for the Ballito area disappears after his made a sale. Yesterday I got a hold of him and he too said he escalated the matter. So, I’ve decided to cancel and to no surprise at all, I have to go through the call center and they escalate the matter to someone else, and I have to pay a cancellation fee for something that never worked. Now I’m stuck with vodacom as a service provider of nothing.
