Vodacom Fiber ONT release

Vodacom Fiber does not want to release ONT. Contract was cancelled a year ago and to date not released. logged call (SR***) on the 2/3/2021 and they promised turnaround time of 48 hrs which was not honored. Asked that the look into keeping the business by offering that same pricing as competitors (MWEB etc....) on the same fiber infrastructure provider (OPEN serve) and the said 'No". Cannot understand why they will hold the line? Vodacom expect some professionalism here and not hold customers hostage as exorbitant pricing !!!!!

BTW : Escalated several times to multiple people, looks like the contractor model of Altron and others cannot and refuse to take ownership.
