Vodacom fiber non existent service

Thank you Vodacom, your future is truly exciting.

I have never received such brilliant service before. Wanting us to be off our devices at home for 6 days. Telling us that they thought that their is wifi. Even sending an email to say we are fully connected, thank you Vodacom you make our day, every time we phone you.

As for all your fibre operators its really awesome speaking to just about everyone in that department and getting to meet them however I am trying to figure out if they all the same person, just different voices. I would like to know why they don't work in Hollywood, they would make excellent voice overs for movies.

Because they keep telling me the same thing over and over. Or maybe its a robot developed to tell you the same thing. I thought we bonded and that you would phone me back. Still waiting for the 15 return calls. Oh your supervisor was suppose to phone me back at 19h30. What happened?

Keep up the brilliant service and for those who are wanting to install the fibre through Vodacom I hope you have plenty of free time and love to speak to so many different people who promise you everything. So enjoy every minute with no internet connection.

And to top everything off still to expect me to pay the bill at the end of the month for a service I did not receive. Everything today is about profits and not customer service and that is why many companies end up failing due to the lack of customer support for simple thing but rather take the consumers money without even giving them the service they requested.

I wonder if the Ombudsman will take my call?
