Vodacom fiber its just a mess they will bill things you don't even know

Useless company, I have been using Vodacom for almost 20 years now. I took I a month to month Vodacom fiber line because I was renting were I was staying now I cancelled the fiber in Jan, they said I should pay Feb due to 30 day notice I understood and did the march they I was paying a month behind it did let it go April they still my money. when ask for a reason no answer they taking me form one department to next. from last week I spoke to more then 10 consultant. The last I one spoke to side I am paying penalties for early cancellation then I said how coz its a month to month. I asked to speak to the manager then she put the phone down on my ear.
