Vodacom fiber is the worst

Vodacom fiber is refusing to issue me a new router after a month without internet. Now they are also refusing to cancel my contract and refund me my premium for the month I went without internet. The worst thing is I am at the vodacom head office in Midrand, the head office for the whole of africa. And the best thing the agent could tell me is to go to hello Peter.
