Vodacom Fiber - is it real or not ?

So Vodacom installed Fiber in my area, i signed up over the phone ( ********** ) and received my order number (all good) . Guys then started walking in the street going door-to-door selling subscriptions, the guys told me that some houses is already installed with fiber and active buying the contract via the door-to-door guys, but my order is not even scheduled for installation.

Calling the VC call center 3 times and I'm told that they will escalate the matter to the relevant department. This morning i received feedback that my complex is not active yet,

First. I dont stay in a complex, i stay in a residential suburb, get your facts straight before calling a customer,

Second. Why do the door to door salesmen telling potential customers that the fiber is active in the area. if the VC call center tells me otherwise.
