Vodacom fiber is a ****

I am so mad at Vodacom, they are such ***** and cheats. I app**** to have my fiber relocated in June and I was told it would take 30 days. End of July nothing had happened and I called again to find out and I was given a reference number. In august they had not sent a technician to relocate so I called a gain several times and was told that someone would come. In September I was still calling and asking what was going on and I was told the issue was escalated. end of September I called again and was told to wait. Finally in October a technician arrived only to tell me that Vodacom does not have lines in that street so relocation could not happen. So they have known since June that they cant relocate my fiber but have continued to lie and expected me to pay in the meantime instead of telling me the truth. Vodacom fiber is a ****, don't ever get that contract or any contract with Vodacom, you will regret it.
