Vodacom fiber is a ripoff

The worse service in the world...vodacom should take some tips from Telkom...my daughter has telkom fiber and when ever there is an outage...telkom automatically sends a refund without her asking...NO not vodacom...every week at least 3 to 4 days there is an outage for hours on end...and nothing gets done about it...try calling them...and you will get first class incompetence...Vodacom fiber is a rip-off. For R649 a month all fiber users should be refunded for inconvenience and non compliance...this is seriously just a money making company....Don't get Vodacom fiber...you will regret it
