Vodacom Fiber Installation Pathetic Service

Our fiber installation was done last week Tuesday. Until now we do not have internet. They came to exchange the router on Friday and still it does not work. We dont get any feedback from the Fiber department the installers dont seem to worry. This is really ridiculous and pathetic service. We even went to a Vodacom branch so that they could maybe try and assist and all they say is sorry you have to go home and phone them. Not even tried to contact the fiber department and try and find out what the problem is. Then you phone the fiber department and then it gets said its out of their hands they cant do anything else.
