Vodacom fiber installation disaster

Good day. I recently logged for a fiber installation with Vodacom. I am currently waiting for open serve to install. As pee vodacom website, the SLA is 5 to 7 days. To ensure that the fiber was installed timeously I have been regularly following up with Vodacom so that by day 7 my fiber would be installed. Everytime I call they say its with installation. There is no updates or communication unless I call Vodacom. The SLA has now passed and I am still getting the same response. Its very tough with no wifi at present.
