Vodacom Fiber Disaster

I have been a Vodacom Fiber on Vuma infrastructure customer since last year LTE Interim March 2020 to November 5 2020 Vodacom Fiber 20/20 November 6 till I was disconnected 31st March 2021 A Vodacom salesman came to my home 15 March 2021 to offer migration to the bigger Vodacom package 100/50mb on Openserve Infrastructure which is also live in my complex. I stated I work from home and I need minimum down time and he affirmed that Vodacom would contact me to agree date of migration to Openserve, no disconnect without my approval That has not happened, I am disconnected, without any approval from me either verbal or electronic Vodacom after 20 phone calls since 1st April 2021 or more, have only person in the call centre that understood I have dual fiber physical infrastructure at my premises and there was no need to just cut me off in order to migrate me! I have had to spend R1500.00 on an LTE ****le/data from Telkom so I could work and keep my school going kids online for one week! No assistance from Vodacom despite 20 phone-calls ( close to nine hours of calls), no urgency to escalate to Openserve to fast-track installation. I urgently need this to be resolved Get the Object number or B reference Get Vodacom to request fastrack from Openserve I have two Sales Orders opened against my name, no idea why or if that is normal for the same fiber request to the same premises
