Vodacom fiber

I had Vumatel fiber deal at some point I did not pay it for three months and it was disconnected, I then contacted an agent which told me I was disconnected and sold me to vodacom fiber I paid the amount needed on the 17th of August. I called Vodacom to give me a new password and connect me they sent their people to come check the router but I was still without network to this day I’ve been sent from pillar to post.
