Vodcom Fiber (Shazia Hoosen) Contacted me with a promotion offer. i asked for a confirmation email which I have not received. next moment they deliver the router and installation crew approach me for installation. After numerous calls and transfers a person (Olga) eventually sent me the specifications which do not represent the promotion specifications. They are not responding to my calls or emails to finalize/confirm the specifications and complete installation. I also requested a copy of the promotional telephone recording, also with no response. Feels like the telephonic offer was false compared to what they want to install now, that is much lower spec connection.
