STAY THE **** AWAY!!!! VODACOM fibre support is non existent..... 1st level support are just punching bags that can't do anything to assist... the so called team leaders are spineless ****s that never assist or call you back thats if you can even get a hold of one. The senior support are useless ****ing ****s that are unable to do there jobs, they can't do a simple job of updating the service request. 7days of fighting and still nothing Its a joke!!! Again STAY AWAY !!!!!
