Vodacom Fiber Bottleneck

I app**** for Vodacom Fiber on 23.01.2026 and my application was approved on the same day. Today is 26.02.2026 and i have had no feedback from the installation team about ETA for the installation. This is after i have now called Vodacom countless times to follow up on my request and i always get "the call has not been assigned to anyone and we will escalate" I'm so disappointed by the lack of communication and wish there was other ISP that had a Fiber line in my area.
