Vodacom Fiber billing service is ****

Vodacom fiber services is the worst!!!! My account had been suspended for a good 16 days due to Vodacom’s incompetence. 1. Second time I am experiencing a a billing issue with the fiber department in less than 6 months. In June I received my fiber router which was only installed by end of August. My subscription only started in September however I was charged for the June,July & Aug months that I did not use the services for. In October they finally granted me my fund for the 3 month but the senior agent that delt with this refund “Nolubabalo Mokhele” put the refund again towards the months I was wrongfully charged and stopped my debit orders for the future months October, November & December! Come January my account has been suspended because I “owe” Vodacom 3 months Installments that were actually supposed to be covered by the refund that was done in October. 2. Second issue is that according the Vodacom they tried to debit an amount of R183.02 in December which bounced and it does not make sense how that can happen because on the 30th I had more than 6k in my account. Anyways I am now being told I need to pay the R183.02 +R100 for returned debit fee. This amount clearly did not go off my account because Nolubabalo removed my debit orders off the system to accommodate for those 3 months.

3. The call center agents at Vodacom are the worst ever they hang up call on you, they keep quiet till you end up hanging up the call. They put you on hold to find out information then they hang the call up. I have had the worst service ever. I used to use Vodacom for more than 15 years and the fiber service made me leave Vodacom cell phone services. Agents that have bad telephone etiquette are Vic,Muhammad,Tebogo from billing,Candice wow I can go on and on!! I have been calling Vodacom with no joy.

I want this nonsense to come to an end, I pay for these services and I deserve to be treated with respect. I want this stupid contract cancelled because they can’t do anything right for 2 months straight.
