Vodacom fiber

Vodacom send me my fiber router on the 13 Aug 2026 sins then its a struggle to get them to fix my fiber connection with numerus calls and tickets log still no great answer from them. On the 17th Aug 2026 they deduct money from my account for the system that's not working. Again with numerus calls to sort out what's going on the feedback keeps at we will log a ticket and they will call me within 24 hours but that also not true Its 24 Aug 2026 today they phoned me to tell me they are going to log yet another ticket for technical to call me 11 DAYS LATER and no one can give me answers on when my system will be up and running normally
