Vodacom Fiber and Cancellation

I ordered Vodacom 500Mb up and 500MB down on 3 June 2022. When I got the SMS from RAM advising me they will be delivering the router, I noticed the had my address completely wrong - this after they requested 3 bank statements and Proof of Address. I called RAM, they said they can't fix it Vodacom has to. So another few calls to Vodacom and eventually RAM deliver it on 6 June 2022.

I called Vodacom and the service was activated within 2 hours. Great I thought, but the speed was only 50Mb down and 50Mb up - not what I ordered. This is when the fun starts and Vodacom says it's a Metrofiber issue and Metrofiber say no it's a Vodacom issue. So, MANY Service Requests were logged. MetroFiber came to test the line 3 times (out of their own will, so as to be sure, it's NOT on their side) and all the way back to the exchange (this on a Saturday and again the next day Sunday) and could not find a fault - I never thought the problem was with Metrofiber anyway. Vodacom messed this up big time. Then suddenly on morning I see, I STILL get 50Mb down but now 500MB up. Still NOT what I ordered. So again, many Service Requests logged. I called and wanted to speak to the CEO, but was cut off twice then eventually put through a lady that said she will see what she can do and she "reached out" to her manager who got hold of the tier 3 support, that would call me back. That never happened.

In the mean time have gave them instruction on 23 June 2022, to cancel my Fiber contract at no cost, neither pro-rata and also not for July, as it never worked since day one, as what they had promised. They had an obligation/mandate to give me the speed I app**** for, that's it! So 29 June 2022 somebody phones me that they want to send out a technician. I said no "too late, you were supposed to call the previous week already, I have now cancelled the contract.

Now I am battling to get the contract cancelled and the lady I am dealing with at executive level "reached out" again for somebody to contact me and give me the process of the cancellation with regards to the poor service. On 29 June 2022, somebody calls to says that they are working on my cancellation and they will let me know, that's it. Not what procedure I must follow to get the router back, nothing.

I refuse to pay for anything, as it was a mess, starting from day one with wrong address and I have never received the speeds I signed up for. They want me to pay the full amount for something I never received in the 1st place. That will not happen. I have enough proof with ALL the Service requests and also recorded telephone calls.
