Vodacom fiber always slow and bad service

I currently have a 200mbps line with Vodacom and I never get my full speeds the maximum that I would get is maybe 100mbps but most times I get 30mbps even though we pay for the 200mbps witch is unexpectable. I have contacted Vodacom multiple times only getting told to restart my router witch never works and after that they tell me they can't help me. this is unacceptable service witch leads Vodacom in very bad faith of their contract. Do not ever get Vodacom fiber should you want fast and stable internet.
