And here we go again !!!!!now Vodacom close the ticket .....

Vodacom: Vodacom: Service request SR*** update to Closed NoReply(2-13NU26XX). - how bad can service get !!!!! shocking.

Still no service and noboady has contacted me !!!!! Now uou can see the pain of doing business with vodacom. The problem is they put their Siebel Adminsitatator email and contact details into my personal detail. How they update POPIA data just like that is above me. Then i have told them what my right number is over and over again. Just to be told soorted no problem 24 hours .... nothing then qe start again.

I phoned Vodacom again !!! Now i am told dont worry the ticket us closed someone will call you , seriously!!!!! Nobody ever calles me from Vodacom how many times do i have to repeat the same message !!!!!! Asked to speak to a supervisor .... and guess what the response is ..... he will phone me back he is busy. This is insane !!!!

Line still not active. Nobody has contacted me !!! Whats new.....

Vodacom contacted me .... tomorrow the line will be activated ? Lets hope for the best.

New ticket new people same story. Vodaom did phone me a gain today. Asking me to confirm the detail i already provided in photos. Still they can not tell me when the line will be activated.

Another 24 hour promise another 24 hour fail. 8 days and counting to activate a line. You literally can not make this up.

Line still not activated. Going for day 9 with no service. Shockingl bad !!!! Spare yourself the frustration.

Line still not active heading into day 10. What more can you say ...... shocking service !!!!

And we are back to square one !!!! tickets closed line still not active !!!!! This is past insane you literally can not make this up.

Phumelele Ngiba is a super star she went the extra 200 miles to get things sorted out even speaking to external parties and coordinating what needs to happen and who needs to do it.

Here we go again .... service off since friday afternoon. On for a couple of minute then drops the whole weekend.

Fiber tickets logged and one phone call and nothing gets done. Can not stream can not work the service is not working !!!!

I am paying for a 150 mb line up and down. Quality of service i get this whole weekend 1 - 4 mb up and down
If it is working for a couple of minutes. Support tickets get closed without being fixed. I have logged 20 + tickets just this weekend alone and nothing gets done.

I have tried everything with Vidacom it is clear they dont care about their customers or capablr of giving the service they are contracted to provide.

Doing business with Vodacom is a terrible mistake and extemely frustrating. Save yourself the frustration and struggle it is simply not worth it anymore. I am left with no other option......!!!!

Service down again not working or too slow !!! To work from home i need to buy data bundles and use mobile hot spot to work.

This is the worst service ever !!!! Not working dropping the whole time slow.....

Still buying data bubdles to work from home fiber still not sorted out. 5 g up and down can not even attend a meeting it is buffering the whole time.

Just have 5 g noting else ..... working from home studying from home ..... nightmare !!!!! But what would vodacom care they are raking in the money with fiber people having to buy mobile data and creating hot spots on their phones to work. What a disaster.....!!!!

Frustration boiling over so my son fixed it in 5 minutes ...... now everything is working fine. Really !!!!!

Nothing more really to say.... thank goodness for bright kids.
