Vodacom Fiber

If I could select no stars I would have done so! The Vodacom fiber is an absolute **** show! We app**** for the uncapped fiber option in November 2020 and still no installation has been done. As soon as an installation was scheduled it got cancelled.

When asking about the matter all call center agents are incapable of assisting us and tells us that we should phone the fiber installer to find out what is going on. We have called about a million times and spoke with hundreds of people but NONE were able to assist. Every time they tell us we should speak to Frogfoot and Frogfoot keeps telling us to speak to Vodacom. No assistant are given and we are the ones left to follow up on the situation. The latest of the Vodacom operators are to tell everybody that Frogfoot fiber is not live in our area, but it has been live since January. We asked each time to speak to a manager that runs this circus, but to no avail. What the hell are we paying you for?

This is absolutely ridiculous! We have been paying for uncapped fiber since November but our data runs out at about the 15th of each month!

We moved to Vodacom because we were told that they are the best network, man even the worst networks have better service than you lot.

We expect of you to please sort this matter by the end of the day as we are working from home!
