Vodacom fees they charge after doing something

So i Visited Tygervalley Vodacom on 06/12/2023 and was assisted by a nice lady who's name i will not mention - I wanted to clone my phone from Samsung to Vivo phone - The Consultant said it would be anything between R299 - R499 i said its alot but its ok i will be willing to pay that if they do it for me and everything is ok . I was never Qouted or nor was i told it would end up being R898. Apon collecting my phone the consultant made a remark its R2000 . Then She said no its R898 in total disbelief and shock of that i did pay and i was not happy i was simply told thats the fee after they transferred all the data thats it. I did not want to make a scene as the the consultant ( Vodacom with the Vivo rep ( Who did the transfer) helped me so nicely sorting out my phone . As i know how it goes as well as how vodacoms manager rep**** to my 1st Hello Peter complaint that i was simply told about the high fee which i was not and thats it.

I logged a complaint via Hello Peter on the 07/12/2023 and was not even contacted to hear my side of the story by vodacom ( In store person in charge as i was told i they would contact me) . It was simply imp**** by vodacom spokeperson ( manager) who rep**** privately to my Hello Peter complaint that i was told about that R898 high fee and thats it !!! What happened to customer service – If a complaint is logged call that person immediately and sort it out instead there was a reply as it there was which imp**** i the customer is lying. i can post Vodacoms reply to me. Directly implying that i was told and that is that.Who in their right mind would willingly pay that if they was told about it. I mean other service providers does not even charge for that service.

I have never been treated nor received such service anywhere in regards to that fee me complaining about it and vodacom’s reply “i was told about it thats it. !!! “ i am a loyal customer for years and in a week i was charged R898 and it was imp**** i am lying that i was told about the fee.

So i complained but my issue is not resolved
