Vodacom
I live in Riebeeckstad, Welkom in the Free State. Lately the moment loadshedding sets in there is no signal on my phone. So does the vodacom towers in Riebeeckstad not have a backup battery for when the power is off due to loadshedding?? This is unacceptable!! Yesterday we had loadshedding for 4 hours and i could not use my phone for 4 hours.. should i cancel my contract and go to a service provider who's towers do have backup batteries?
