I want lay a complain against Zanele Morena Team leaders @ Subcriber collection Never cared to even call. For the record ,Out of respect to the popi act I withheld their surnames
Secondly My account was head over because of telly man “ automated system send the notification to a number that was suspended. Hence I’m questioning procedural fairness.

Good day I called in on Friday I was informed that the account in question has been referred to legal.I would like to highlight a few import facts which are factual correct.
1.Due to Covid my business was severely affect.Notified Vodacom made a payment arrangements, subsequently paid .when wanted to pay the arrangements was cancelled because the contract was reinstated. I could receive and make calls. Due to the request to migrate to prepaid.
Please note my call logs made on may/April . For the record I called on daily basis .
2.My account was frozen /billing stoped which I appreciated the gusture.
3. In may a requested was made for the number ….. to be migrated to prepaid. The Rational was I have invoices to be paid by clients and how was I going to conduct business in order to pay my Vodacom account .
4.When the Account was handed over I wasn’t informed or warned of such a move. With the greatest of respect I’m “questioning procedural fairness “
5.I have been a loyal Vodacom client from my days at varsity 2003. Please refer to the records and payment profile I never defaulted once. And yes I equally understand Vodacom is not and NGO profit and contractual agreements has to be made.
6 My last billing was R5800 which I intended on paying it off . The external legal party wants me to pay R700 recovery fees. I’m making a PLE on 2 grounds A.) Loyal Vodacom client for more than 20 yrs with a good payment profile prior to Covid. B) I have to recover my outstanding invoices on the number ……. I’m in a incommunicado status as a result of the number suspended.
7 It is against the same back ground that I propose the following C) the whole outstanding amount to be paid in full with Vodacom R5800 and the contract reinstated. D) R700 to be paid in full external party / recovery fess
I plead that the matter being look into and especially the call logs plus confirmation that ……. was converted to prepaid which was never successful. With the above mentioned settlement should I default once the agreement should be cancelled. I make this proposal because I’m appreciate the service I received for more than 20 yrs .
I await a favourable response. I remain resolute 💯 in order to resolve this pressing matter Best regards Gomolemo Sepeng
