Vodacom faulty device

I upgraded to a new cellphone contract at Vodacom Woodlands Mall on the 3/11/2019. On the 10/11/2019 I took the phone back for a faulty camera. Vodacom Woodlands referred me to Vodacom Repairs in Menlyn Mall. I took the phone there the same day and it was booked in. The camera was repaired but within 2 days I realized rhe wifi hotspot and bluetooth was not working. I took the phone back to Vodacom Menlyn Repairs and was booked in. When I went back to collect the phone I tested it in the shop and the blietooth was still not working. The phone was booked in again. On the 7/11/2019 I went to collect the phone. I returned the phone on the 8/11/2019 as the bluetooth was still nit working as I prove to them in the shop. With the exact same phone Huawei P30 next to it I proved that the bluetooth was not working as te other phone picked up multiple bluetooth devices and mine not one. When will this issue be resolved? I am paying for a phone that can not be used. The first time it was taken back within 7 days. CPA states it was supposed to be replaced. Vodacom you are not making me smile. This is poor service and I will take this further.
