Vodacom - Fantastic Dimakatso

My first cellphone contract was for a Sony Ericsson flip-phone, on a Vodacom Weekender Plus. Every two years after that flip-phone, I had to go to a Vodashop to upgrade. And everytime I hated the experience. In February, I spent 5.5h in Vodashop Cresta ?!?!

However, Dimakatso from Vodashop Clearwater mall is not like the others. She knew her products, she was fami**** with the contract options and she listened to my requirements. I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes, with two new Huawei phones and a complimentary coffee flask.

Dimakatso surely understands customer service and sales.
