Vodacom falsely accused and handed me over
I was contacted by a Vodacom company called Mondeo. They offered me a contract over the phone . This was in 2017. After agreeing to the terms and conditions over the phone, the two products was send to me. However I soon realised that the contract I asked for was not at all what I received, I then phoned Mondeo and asked to cancel the contract as this was not what I asked for. They then arranged with RAM couriers to pick up the two products in November of 2017. This year November , exactly a year later I was contacted by VVM Debt Collectors to tell me that Vodacom has handed me over for an amount of R1862-92. On top of that I was blacklisted. I then began my own investigation by phoning the courier . After countless phone calls and 14 days of suffering and threats by the debt collector an angel from RAM contacted me and sent me proof in the form of a picking slip number that these two products was indeed received by Vodacom . I even received confirmation on e mail that they did receive the product. I want to warn everyone never to do business over the phone where contacts are involved . I am shocked to find out that an industry giant such as Vodacom will falsely accuse and blacklist a customer before doing a proper investigation and finding out the facts for themselves.
