Vodacom false sales techniques
I took out a contract with a cellphone i confirmed via recorded telephonic conversation and via e-mail that i will receive 10GB of data per month on my contract it has been 50 days since my contract started and I only have received 3 per month but am being charged the agreed amount for the 10GB package i have contacted them multiple times via phone and e-mail and no one seems to be able to take responsibility and resolve this for me as what i was sold vs what I am getting are two different things all together and 50days is long enough to resolve this issue
