Vodacom false promises. Pathetic service.
I did contact vodacom customer care about nework and internet connectivity issues. Vodacom logged a ticket for me and someone from vodacom called me after 2 days. He asked me is everything fine now, when I said no there is no improvement on my request then thay guy told me he woll escalate my query. After two days they just closed my case without doing anything. Please don't use vodacom. Really pathetic service. @vodacom please don't claim that you guys are best. INFACT VODACOM IS WORSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
