VODACOM - False Promises.

On the 9th December 2020 I was invited to join an exclusive event. This event was held on the 14th December 2020, which was an Online Experience Featuring Aston Martin& Rolls Royce Brought to you by Vodacom Red in association with Daytona. Hosted by Deon Govender. This Experience was held over Zoom due to Covid.

I attended the event which I participated in and “won” a prize. I thought wow as a new Vodacom client I was made to feel like gold. This didn’t last very long. I was told via email that I will receive a complimentary gift in attendance. In attendance I also won an Aston Martin Experience by participating in a Q&A.

I then sent off an email on the 17th asking why no one has contacted me about the Complementary gift or the prize I had “won”. After numerous emails I was told Mr R Nair would contact me regarding the Aston Martin Experience.

13 January 2021 I emailed again asking why no on had contacted me.
