Vodacom false promises and terrible service

Hi. I have had my number for over 17 years now with vodacom until they decided to delete my number without notification and then promised it will be restored on the 10 February 2021 midnight which never happened. My Otp are linked to this number and I dont have any other access as well as my Whatsapp. Who gives vodacom the right to delete a number you paid for over years and belongs to you not them.

I think I'm going to go media with this and vodacom should be sued for false promises and deleting peoples personal numbers without any agreement or notification. How many other people are going through this with Vodacom its disgusting from a huge network we trust in and yet get treated like nothing.

Markus and Gerad should be fired for lying to me that my number will be re activated and closing the query without giving me correct feedback. Vodacom can pull calls on the 11th and 6th February 2021 to hear what useless ***** work for them.

076......is where I called 135 to get the issue resolved but was given lies and false information.
