Vodacom false promises

I am utterly disgusted with Vodacom's service, i ordered a laptop special from them. Ended being informed that i have 2 weeks to return it if i am not happy. So i received the laptop and within a week the laptop had a dead pixel in the middle of the screen, some of the buttons on the keyboard does not always work. I contacted them and requested a return via telephone. They informed me the ticket was logged and someone would contact me for collection. A week later i contacted them again and they informed me no one had a call record on the system and there was no trace of the previous call. So i called again and they informed me they are working on it, i still have not heard anything back yet, now i sit with a pretty much faulty laptop which i do not want, and the modem's signal is so bad i can barley use it. Is this how vodacom tries to trick people into making false promises.
