Vodacom FALSE information
A Vodacom consultant phone me and tell me there will be NO upgrade fees chargeable if I upgrade over the phone.....BUT what a surprise...with the next invoice there was an upgrade fee charged. I am disappointed that your'e system failed me and the consultants put the Vodacom clients under a false impression. The upgrade was done on the 6th of September 2018.
