Vodacom - False information

To whom it may concern,

On the 22nd January I received a call from one of your agents offering an upgrade and 2 devices at a considerably lower cost than what I'm currently paying. I agreed as this was the obvious thing to do. I received my new account from Vodacom yesterday where I have been charged considerably higher than my original quoted cost. How does this happen??
