Vodacom False Contracts And Promises

i placed a review on here on the 18th of december, vodaom responded by saying they will contact me in due course, its been 10 days now and i'm still awaiting the due course, I've been their client for over 20 years, they sold me a contract 1 year ago and in order to keep me as a client who has a number of business and personal contracts with them, they did something called a "deal match" as I was going to port to a different service provider since their deal was better than vodacom, vodacom matched the deal for me so i signed with them however they only honored the deal for 6 months now after calling them numerous time s to ask why they giving me much less than initially stated vodacom's rep says that she spoke to her manager and theres nothing they can do to rectify this, the store in question is vodacom liberty midlands mall pietermaritzburg.
