Vodacom False Advertisment
I upgraded to Vodacom laptop offer where they were offering an HP laptop and Huawei router. To my surprise when i eventually opened my boxes yesterday, i was greeted by a vodafone router instead of a R218 Huawei Router. I called teh store today Vodacom Kolonnade in Pretoria and they told me thats the Huawei router. To say im disappointed, that will be an understatement. Vodacom has falsely advertised this offer and i am not a happy customer.

31 Mar 2020, 07:44I still have not been assisted with regards to the router you falsey sold to me. I charge this router and when i wake up, the battery is still red meaning that i cannot use it.
