Vodacom false advertising , no stock on certain items on the deals

I took out a new contract at Vodacom, Rustenburg mall .The deal i took were for the samsung S22, with the smart watch. I got the phone, but they said the watch will come a week later, a week later i had to call them ,no watch, 2nd week i had to call them again and guest what no watch.. now suddenly the watches are on back order untill the 31st.. but in the meantime they are still advertising the deal.. what made me angry... 1 - they could not have the decency to call or even sent me a message, i must keep on caĺling them. 2 - i asked them to cancel the contract , due to their pathetic service, now i must pay the penalty.

So be carefull for what Vodacom is advertising, and if Rustenburg waterfall mall vodacom shop tell you something, don't beliefe them, and don't accept what they tell you.
