Vodacom false advertising and *****ing money

About 2 weeks ago I app**** on the vodacom online shop for a upgrade after witch I received an sms stating within 24-48 hours an agent wil call me to do the deal. This never happend. More than 3 days went by and I phoned them to do the upgrade. This was on the 24th of November. I confirmed more than 4 or 5 times what i wanted and asked multiple times if it wil be done by 1st of December and she asured me that it would. My origenal contract ended October meaning that my device was payd for. I did not want a new device to save some money. The previous month or 2 i understand is my own fault for vodacom charging me for a device witch I already payd for but now i have done the upgrade and tis morning when I woke. The old amount was deducted from my account and I have received the same benefits as before. I did not agree to this and therefore vodacom is taking money from my account with out my approval witch is The definition of *****ing.

Vodacom also claim to have a 24 hour call centre, this is not true. This morning at 4:30 when calling The costumer care centre all i got was a tune plaing in my ear. Same at 4:40 and again at 5:00. This tells me that TheThe people who are supposed to help you are sleeping. When I phoned again at 6:00 They where experiencing a high call level and I should be paitiant. After explaining everything to Them I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager to lay my complaint of not being able to reach The call center. This was simply ignord. After complaining at costumer care my call was simply passed on from department to department becaus apparently They can't do anything. I was told That they would phone me back between 9 and 9:15. I am still waiting. This is after spending more than 4 hours to get this far
