VODACOM - False advertising and no customer care

I bought a ps5 bundle , on delivery all the contents of the bundle were not inside the package, i didn’t receive my charging dock , i paid R11,500 cash And vodacom doesn’t have the decency to help me , countless calls and emails to customer care which was no help at all . False advertising is dishonest and disgusting. I see im not the only one with affected by this dishonesty , customer care is useless ive been waiting for help for months now . I have proof of false advertising and dishonest practice,
