Vodacom false advertising

Vodacom advertised a promotion of a phone and a so called tablet with the phone. This was in the beginning of February and till today i have not received any tablet , i I have phoned many a time and they only apologize for the inconvenience. I am sorry but its false advertising. .. it clearly states 4-5 days to be delivered ...and still nothing, the poor people at Samsung is trying to apologize but really don't advertise if you cannot keep up your staff is suffering .
