Vodacom False advertising

I took out a new contract online on the 2nd of March and choose the Huawei P20 lite device which showed that you get wireless earphones with the deal. I had to wait and received my device today as they did not have stock. And there was no wireless earphones with it. I had to call and spend 30 minutes to get to an agent that told me that I should have been told that it's discontinued and they don't supply the wireless earphones with the phone. I'm sorry but this is false advertising. You can not tell me I will get something and then not give it!
