Vodacom false advertising

To whom this may concern.

Yesterday on the 19th of April I've order a certain package online.

and round about 9:22 an consultant by the name Sisiwe Mjela phoned me and offered me the deal i was looking for.

Its a Huawei p40 lite on a my 10G plan plus. Where the package offers 10G anytime data and 10g night data with 100SMS per month wit No voice minutes. after we have finalized everything and he even told me that they didn't have stock of the above mentioned phone. and that he have ordered me the handset. at about 5 the afternoon he phoned me back and told me that the deal was not available anymore, that's after he offered me the deal in the morning, even after he spoke to his manager. Now at 10:13 on 20th of April when i was requesting the voice recording, he is unable to assist me with the voice recording (after I've been told the call is recorded for safety and training purposes). Now the excuse is that the offer is obsolete and no longer available. Please Note I've been a client for 12 years with Vodacom

The big question? How is it possible that your Consultant offer me a data package deal on the 19th of April 2021 (after completing everything required including explaining the contract to me) and on the 20th of April 2021, you tell me the deal is obsolete and no longer available. Please note that I've ordered this above mentioned package online, on the app. so if it is obsolete at the moment, then you are False advertising deals on line also known as *****.
