Vodacom false advert about double data when recharging with their app

Vodacom is promising customers that when they recharge via the vodacom app you get double data which is valid for 7days, on the 22/04/2016 i bought data via the voda app expecting to get the free data that they have promised but i never received anything instead i received the email confirming my free data order which i never received,i called the customer service n they promised to load it they told me the was a problem with that promotion till today they did not load it i called again the customer service worse the consultant did not even know wat i was talking about she kept on asking me where did i see the advert n she placed me on hold for more than 10min without telling she is putting me onhold,she was so rude!!
