Vodacom false !!!!
I am absolutely disgusted at the manner how Vodacom deals with customer issues. I got 60Voda minutes ....but whn i make calls...it depleted my normal airtime. Vodacoms response so lame.......Sir...the nrs you called were Mtn.....geezzzz. Please explain how a vidacom nr for 20 years now suddenly becones Mtn nr... Only at Vodacom...yes...because they rip you off. Every week i experience issues....if not fakse free video or social tickets....then false Vodaminutes.
Im so sick sick sick of substandard service leveks in this country ...an the levels of incompetence when ur dealing with a human at Vodacom.
Im losing money and data every single day!!!!!!! ...thru these FALSE Advertising...and Vodacom misleading public.
So sick of this!!!!!!!!!!

Instead if resolving my issues....all they do is to instruct one to do this...do that....but never solve the problem.
I am losing data and airtime daily!!!!!!
