Vodacom falls behind

Hi vodacom, Iv been in touch with Sony and confirm that the Xperia Z5 premium will only be available on mtn, why does vodacom fall behind. <br> <br> Sony informs us that if vodacom does receive the premium it will only be in Jan, long after mtn would have released.<br> <br> Could you tell me why vodacom is behind?
