Vodacom **** Twitter competition

Vodacom hosted a competition on the 3rd of December they sent me a msg saying that I had won a mystery chest prize however I never received it I been messaging them to query it since December yet still uptil now they haven't given me a prize. Last week I was asked for my delivery details thinking it's finally coming through however today when I asked for feedback they still have no feedback at all they keep telling me they will let me know but 3 months and still nothing. Worse network ever 😫
